How do I return an item?

Prior to returning an item by post or courier, please email so we can guide you through our hassle free returns procedure.

Goods must be returned within a reasonable time.

Goods Damaged in Transit

If any part of your order is damaged upon receipt, please email within three days of delivery. We will arrange to have the damaged goods collected and arrange for a replacement of the goods or refund the price to you. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you.


Refunds will be made by us via the method of payment you used to make your online purchase. Refunds will normally be processed within seven days of receipt by us of the returned goods or cancellation of the order as the case may be.

How long does it take to get a refund?

If you’ve asked for a refund we’ll credit the account you used to pay for your order within seven days. Please allow up to 14 days for this credit to appear on your account. We’ll email you to confirm when this happens.
